At 3:53 PM, Troopers arrested Eliezer Inostroza, age 37, of 500 Cranston Street, 2nd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Identity Theft, 2.) Providing False Documents to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation, and the subject was located by the Providence Police Department. Inostroza was held at the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center as a bail violator pending an interview to determine the suspect's true identity.
At 12:06 AM, Troopers arrested Letty Cass, age 35, of 1625 Kingstown Road, Wakefield, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drug – BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 West in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
