On Tuesday December 2, 2025 at 5:25 PM, Troopers arrested Kiarie Kinuthia Coushlin, age 20, of 29 Cooper Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses against Public Safety-1st Offense. This arrest was result of a barracks investigation and Coughlin subsequently turning himself in. Coghlin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Tuesday December 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM, Troopers arrested Brian Finegan, age 35, of 23 Verndale Street, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a Motor Vehicle Collision on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Finegan was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
On Wednesday December 3, 2025. at 2:18 AM, Troopers arrested Kenneth Irizarry, age 45, of 150 Stanford Avenue, Unit 7, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance originating out of the Lincoln Police Department and 2.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail on a Probation Violation on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Smithfield Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Royal Little Drive in the City of Providence. Irizarry was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
