On Thursday December 4, 2025, at 12:42 AM, Troopers arrested Adrian Delgado, age 22 of, 64 Payton Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Violation of a No Contact Order - Second Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 North, in the City of Providence. Delgado was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment and presentment as a probation/bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
On Thursday December 4, 2025, at 5:30 AM, Troopers arrested Shaylon Judd, age 31 of, 53 Fuller Avenue Apartment 2, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement, 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, 3.) Driving With Suspended License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense, and 4.) Newport Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the Original Charge of Passing Counterfeit Bills, originating out of the Portsmouth Police Department. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Judd being located at her residence. Judd was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment and presentment as a bail/probation violator.
