On Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 1:26 AM, Troopers arrested Cheryl Addington, age 50, of 21 Pawtuxet Terrace, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor BAC - .15 or Greater – Second Offense (Phase I .185%, Phase II .179%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 2, in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
