On December 4, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Pedro Goncalves, age 41, of 133 Columbine Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Domestic Violence - Strangulation. Mr. Goncalves was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Pawtucket Police Department.
On December 3, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jason Fernandes, age 39, with last known address of 12 Oak Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Fernandes was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On December 3, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Timothy Coll, age 45, with last known address of 240 Belmont Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Hampshire. Mr. Coll was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On December 3, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Raymond Mahoney, age 43, with last known address of 24 Channing Street, Newport, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Hampshire. Mr. Mahoney was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On December 3, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Terrell Judd, age 34, with last known address of 79 Rutherglen Avenue, Apartment #3, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Judd was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
