On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 1:37 AM, Troopers arrested Nicholette Gill, age 29, of 198 Shippee Cove Road, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South, in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 3:43 AM, Troopers arrested Edgar Diaz-Hernandez, age 32, of 9 Wilson Avenue, Apartment 1R, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C .10 to .15 – First Offense, (Phase I: 0.112 & Phase II: 0.114). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash on Route 95 South, in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
