On Sunday, January 4, 2026 at 11:15 AM, Troopers arrested Nikolas J. Pereira, age 33, of 1006 Old Baptist Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence- Criminal Violation of No Contact Order- 1st Offense originating out of the Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the Warwick Police Department taking Mr. Pereira into custody. Mr. Pereira was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution where he will be held as a 46(g) Bail Violator.
On Monday, January 5, 2026 at 1:07 AM, Troopers arrested Jessica C. Dionne, age 33, of 10 Yates Avenue, Coventry, Rhode Island for Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance- 10 grams or less (Crack Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Curson Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Ms. Dionne was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District court as a 46(g) Bail Violator.
