At 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Odette Delgado, age 63, of 359 Carpenter Street, Apartment #410, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obtaining Money Under Fale Pretenses > $1500 and $500 4.) Fraudulent Use of Credit Card > $100 in Sixth Month Period, 5.) Giving False Documents to Public Official, 6.) Obtaining Credit Card Through Fraudulent Means & 7.) Receipt of Money Obtained by Fraudulent Use of Credit Card. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Delgado turning herself into the Scituate Barracks. Delgado was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
At 1:15 PM, Troopers arrested Robert Heroux, age 37, of 44 Newland Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.)Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance - 10 grams or less (Cocaine) and Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance - 10 grams or less (Fentanyl). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hamlet Avenue in the City of Woonsocket. Heroux was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
At 1:15 PM, Troopers arrested Amanda Godena, age 33, of 226 South Main Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hamlet Avenue in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Headquarters where she was processed and later transferred to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 1:33 PM, Troopers arrested Lenny Iluonokhalumhe, age 20, of 100 Clym Street, Unit 1, Providence, Rhode Island for Possession of Marijuana- Greater than Two Ounces (8 Ounces). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
At 10:12 PM, Troopers arrested Dezman Cortes, age 34, of 13 Malbone Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed before being turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
