At 2:47 PM, Troopers arrested Cynthia Sun, age 35, of 15414 Sandstone Street, Baldwin Park, California, for 1.) an Active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the original charges of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation > 10,000 and Fraudulent Use of Credit Card originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Ms. Sun was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
