At 8:15 PM Troopers arrested Richard A. Forcier, age 52, of 405 Beach Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving Eluding Law Enforcement First Offense, 2.) Reckless Driving First Offense, 3.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, 4.) Driving with a Suspended License Fourth & Subsequent Offense, and 5.) Weapons Other than Firearms Prohibited. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the Warwick Police Department subsequently locating Forcier. Forcier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation violator at Sixth Division District Court.
