On Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Victoria Bright, age 35, of 10 Florence Street, Apartment #2, New Bedford, Massachusetts, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Bright was misdemeanor released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
