On Friday, January 30, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Nykole Tellado, age 31, with last known address 65 Lyman Street, Apartment #2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Department of Corrections Records and Identification Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit. Ms. Tellado was arraigned at Third Division District Court where she was remanded into the custody of the Sherrif's Department pending her return to Massachusetts.
On Friday, January 30, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Luis Musset, age 36, with last known address of 171 High Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts for 1.) Possession of Controlled Substance Less than 10 grams. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Adult Correctional Institution Special Investigations Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit. Mr. Musset was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was presented as a District Court violator, granted $3,000 surety bail, and remanded to the ACI.
On January 31, 2026, at approximately 11:30 PM, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit and Lincoln Woods Barracks arrested Frank Schiavone, age 39, of 17 Garwaine Drive, Lincoln, Rhode Island for one (1) count of Attempted Larceny Under $1,500. The arrest was the result of a Gaming Enforcement investigation at Bally's Twin River Casino of the attempted larceny of casino cheques at a gaming table. Mr. Schiavone was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and released on $1,000 personal recognizance after an appearance in front of a Bail Commissioner.
