At 1:44 PM, Troopers arrested Keishon Pina Nelson, age 30, of 25 Tobey Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – 4th Plus Offense, and 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – 4th Plus Offense, originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center as a Bail Violator.
At 11:21 PM, Troopers arrested Morgan Beaudreault, age 25, of 719 Front Street, Unit #221, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – Second Offense (Blood Results Pending), and 2.) Eluding Law Enforcement – First Offense. The arrest was the result of an attempted motor vehicle stop on Route 3 in the Town of Richmond, where the suspect vehicle fled and was subsequently located by Richmond Police Department. The subject was transported to Kent County Hospital for a medical evaluation and later misdemeanor released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
