At 12:28 AM, Troopers arrested Juan Marroquin Palma, age 44, of 32 Hillwood Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 2:39 AM, Troopers arrested Richard Fisher, age 39, of 62 Doyle Avenue, Apt. 3, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving With Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Laban Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
