On Tuesday February 10, 2026, at 12:40 PM, Troopers arrested Pedro Madrid, age 37, of 16 A Pine View Lane, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation > 10,000, 2.) Access To Computer for Fraudulent Purposes, 3.) Fraudulently Obtain Public Assistance > 500, 4.) Fraudulent Use of Food Stamps > 500, and 5.) Giving False Document to Agent, Employee, Or Public Official. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers responding to the subject's residence. Madrid was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.

Access To Computer for Fraudulent Purposes, 3.) Fraudulently Obtain Public Assistance > 500, 4.) Fraudulent Use of Food Stamps > 500 5.) Conspiracy – Felony Less Than 5 Years and 6.) Giving False Document to Agent, Employee, Or Public Official. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers responding to the subject's residence. Titus was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
