At 10:57 AM, Troopers arrested Jessica L. Ryan, age 34, of 141 Diamond Hill Road, Ashaway, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Damage to Vehicle out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers conducting a warrant check at the residence. Ryan was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
