At 5:30 PM, Troopers arrested Dulce Gomez-Cante, age 26, of 117 Julian Street Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates (2 Counts) and 2.) Providing False Document to Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Gomez-Cante was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 8:35 PM, Troopers arrested Vladimil Sanchez, age 24, of 62 Locust Avenue North Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License- 4th or Subsequent Offense, originating out of the East Providence Police. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Sanchez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court summons.
