On Sunday February 15, 2026, at 11:18 AM, Troopers arrested Reginald Accimeus, age 44, of 96 West Street, Hyde Park, Massachusetts for 1.) Manufacture/Sell/Possess with intent Manufacture/Sell Schedule I/II Fentanyl 1oz-1kg- 1st Offense 2.) Manufacture/Deliver/Possess with Intent Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I/II Controlled Substance-1st offense 3.) Conspiracy – Drug – Felony Less Than 5 Years. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Accimeus was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

Manufacture/Deliver/Possess with Intent Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I/II Controlled Substance-1st offense 3.) Conspiracy – Drug – Felony Less Than 5 Years. On Sunday February 15, 2026, at 11:52 PM, Troopers arrested Helder B. Resendes, age 57, of 9 Pleasant Street, Apartment 3, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor- B.A.C. Unknown- Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the Town of Exeter. Resendes was held overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
