On Monday, February 16, 2026 at 11:20 PM, Troopers arrested Jesse Prestly, age 47, of 100 Elena Street Apt. 207, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .222%; Phase II: .226%) - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
On Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 1:29 AM, Troopers arrested Shackiellia Pridgen, age 36, of 61 Candace Street Floor 2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
