At 12:09 PM, Troopers arrested Peter J. Mardo, age 23, of 4 Steere Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Marijuana). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Greenville Road in the Town of North Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, and held pending arraignment at Third Division District Court.
