At 12:40 AM, Troopers arrested Jayvon Nunez, age 27, of 301 Cranston Street, Apt. 314, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License- 4th or Subsequent Offense, originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bucklin Street in the City of Providence. Nunez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 1:15 AM, Troopers arrested Ocean Gonzalez, age 29, of 250 Broadway, Apt. 203, Revere, Massachusetts, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance-Under 10 Grams (Cocaine) and 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance-Under 10 Grams (Fentanyl). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Gonzalez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 1:15 AM, Troopers arrested Desire Thornton, age 28, of 250 Broadway, Apt. 203, Revere, Massachusetts, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance-Under 10 Grams (Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Thornton was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
