Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 12:22 PM, Troopers arrested Kenneth Perez Villaran, age 36, of 125 Archambault Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Reciprocal Body Attachment. The arrest was a result of Perez Villaran turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Perez Villaran was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court.

At 1:02 PM, Troopers arrested April Sanchez, age 23, of 242 Pearl Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order - 1st Offense. The arrest was a result of the Rhode Island Sherrif's taking Sachez into custody at Sixth District Court. Sanchez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake where she was held as a Probation Violator.

At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested George Betters, age 40, of 18 Knight Street, Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Dangerous Drugs- Possession, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Gallup Street in the City of Providence. Betters was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.

At 2:57 AM, Troopers arrested Jorge Ventura, age 37, of 157 Valley Street, Floor #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street, in the City of Providence. Ventura was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
