On Tuesday, February 25, 2026, at 6:33 PM, Troopers arrested Keonnia Grant, age 36, of 24 Corliss Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, and 2.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
