On February 13, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Eugene Lowell, age 40, of 360 Mineral Spring Avenue, Apt #18, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Breaking & Entering - Forced Entry; 2) Domestic Violence - Simple Assault / Battery; 3) Domestic Violence - (4) counts - Violation of No Contact Order; and 4) Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Lowell was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department on scene.
On February 14, 2026, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Mihail Capita, age 39, of 5 Old Farm Road, Auburn, Massachusetts, for two (2) counts of Vandalism/Malicious Damage to Property. Mr. Capita was taken into custody at Bally's Twin River and transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing. Mr. Capita was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Saccoccio, released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and issued a future Third District Court Date.
On February 18, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Alexander Brown, age 36, of 68 Weston Avenue, Second Floor, Cranston, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Felony Assault. Mr. Brown was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department for processing.
On February 19, 2026, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Paul Erickson, age 61, of 226 Adams Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Erickson was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third District Court. Mr. Erickson was arraigned by the Honorable Magistrate Ippolito, who issued $5,000 bail with surety and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access.
On February 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Dusti Turner, age 37, having last known address of 13 Fleming Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Simple Assault/ Battery. Ms. Turner was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department.
On February 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Tyler Gambone, age 39, having last known address of 36 Magnolia Court, Sicklerville, New Jersey, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Jersey for an original offense of Receiving a Stolen Vehicle. Mr. Gambone was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings back to the State of New Jersey.
