At 2:01 AM, Troopers arrested Lloyd Card, age 32, of 266 Angell Road, Lincoln, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. .10 to .15 First Offense (Phase I: .103% and Phase II: .095%), and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Legris Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
