ARREST: 2026-012757 LOCATION: Cranston
On Thursday, February 26, 2026, at approximately 10:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Adam Gallucci, age 29, of 52 Fountain Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for Violation of a No Contact Order Third Offense; 2) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Conference on an original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks; and 3) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Conference on an original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Gallucci was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department
ARREST: 2026-01291 LOCATION: Pawtucket
On Friday, February 27, 2026, at approximately 6:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Chajiani Villanueva, age 20, of 68 Maynard Street, Apt# 3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts for the following: 1) Possession of Firearm without a License; 2) Carrying a Loaded Firearm; 3) Discharge within 500ft of Building; and 4) Possessing Ammunition without FID Card. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Villanueva was taken into custody without incident, transported, and turned over to members of the Pawtucket Police Department on scene.
ARREST: 2026-012917 LOCATION: Providence
On Friday, February 27, 2026, at approximately 8:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jordan Bourdeau, age 18, of 82 Potters Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for the following: 1) Two (2) Counts of License Required for Carrying a Pistol; 2) Possession of a Stolen Firearm; 3) Committing a Crime of Violence Armed with Stolen Firearm; 4) Two (2) Counts of Possession of Large-Capactiy Feeding Device; 5) Two (2) Counts of Discharging a Firearm within a Compact Area; 6) Discharging a Firearm from a Motor Vehicle; and 7) Eight (8) Counts of Felony Assault. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Bourdeau was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Police Department.
ARREST: 2026-009747 LOCATION: Pawtucket
At 7:30 AM, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Corina Walker, age 32, of 220 Barton Street, Apt. #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Full Extradition Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Grant County South Dakota on the charge of Robbery. This arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the Financial Crimes Unit. The subject was transported to Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and turned over to Sixth Division District Court where she was held without bail pending extradition by Judge Capraro.
ARREST: 26RIX1-4-AR LOCATION: North Scituate
On Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM, members of the Special Victims Unit arrested, Peter Mundowa, age 38, of, 402 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, Massachusetts for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Special Victims Unit. Mr. Mundowa was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute to be held and presented as a Providence Superior Court Probation Violator.
