On February 28, 2026, at approximately 9:10 PM, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Cameron D. Webbe, age 27, of 159 W. Selden Street, Mattapan, Massachusetts for the following: 1.) one (1) count of Bank Fraud, 2.) three (3) counts of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses O/$1500 (felony), 3.) four (4) counts of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses U/$1500 (misdemeanor), 4.) one (1) count of Passing Counterfeit Certificates, Bill or Notes, 5.) one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud, 6.) one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses, and 7.) one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Passing Counterfeit Certificates, Bill or Notes. Arrest was the result of a Gaming Enforcement Unit investigation and securing an arrest warrant related to substantial bank fraud activity that occurred during the month of December 2025, totaling over $85,000, at several cashier cages of Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort and Bally's Tiverton Casino Hotel. Mr. Webbe was processed Lincoln Woods Barracks, made an appearance in front of a Bail Commissioner, and was released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail.
