At 11:26 PM, Troopers arrested Jesse Bussiere, age 33, of 67 Beacon Drive, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, 02852, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
