At 10:42 AM, Troopers arrested Thierry Dias, age 34, of 46 Hicks Street, Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating out of the Lincoln Police Department; and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Unlawful Breaking or Entering originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
