Elliott, age 28, of 33 Courtland Road, Apartment 1, Mattapan, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) One (1) count of Bank Fraud; 2) Four (4) counts of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses O/$1500 (felony); 3) Two (2) counts of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses U/$1500 (misdemeanor); 4) One (1) count of Passing Counterfeit Certificates, Bill or Notes; 5) One (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud; 6) One (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses; and 7) One (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Passing Counterfeit Certificates, Bill or Notes. Mr. Elliott was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, presented in front of a Bail Commissioner and released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail.
