On Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:30 AM, Troopers arrested Kyle Cooper, age 30, of 129 Glenridge Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – Second or Subsequent Offense, Eluding Law Enforcement – High Speed Pursuit – First Offense, Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, Domestic – Violation of No Contact Order and Driving Without a License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks, 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic – Violation of No Contact Order, Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – Second or Subsequent Offense, Child Endangerment, and Driving Without a License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense originating out of the Lincoln Police Department; 3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic – Violation of No Contact Order originating out of the Providence Police Department; and 4.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for arraignment on the charge of Driving Without a License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Cooper being located at his residence. Cooper was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later arraigned/presented as a bail/probation violator at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Monday, March 2, 2026, at 9:11AM, Troopers arrested Trequon Nelson, age 29, of 121 Putnam Street, Floor 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle (Two Counts), and 2.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Canceled License - Fourth and Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Nelson surrendering himself to the barracks. Nelson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Monday, March 2, 2026, at 10:25 PM, Troopers arrested Gilbert Alvira, age 25, of 16 Dresser Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Marijuana). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Holden Street, in the City of Providence. Alvira was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a bail/probation violator at Sixth Division District Court.
On Monday, March 2, 2026, at 11:55 PM, Troopers arrested Lissette Gonzalez, age 34, of 715 Cumberland Hill Road, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. Gonzalez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 12:54 AM, Troopers arrested Ayanna Williams, age 37, of 17 Woodman Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving After Suspension of License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Receiving Stolen Goods
