Hope Valley Barracks

On Monday, March 2, 2026, at 12:43 PM, Troopers arrested Todd A. Byers, age 53, of 52 Mockingbird Drive, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons Prohibited 2.) Manufacture/ Deliver/ Possession with intent to Manufactor/ Deliver Scheduled I/II Controlled Substance with intent to deliver (Fentanyl) 3.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine), and 4.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 52 Mockingbird Drive, Exeter, for a warrant check and a subsequent search warrant. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake.

On Monday, March 2, 2026, at 12:43 PM, Troopers arrested Anatoly J. Impagliazzo, age 31, of 5 Peckham Ave, Wakefield, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance, 2.) Fourth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail / Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of receiving stolen goods originating out of the South Kingstown Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 52 Mockingbird Drive, Exeter for a warrant check. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, processed and arraigned by Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake pending a morning arraignment.

On Monday, March 2, 2026, at 12:43 PM, Troopers arrested Sydney K. Stedman, age 30, of 166 Rodman Street, Wakefield, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance, 2.) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation the original charge of First-Degree Robbery originating out of the South Kingstown Police Department, 3.) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Simple Assault originating out of the South Kingstown Police Department, 4.) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Criminal V originating out of the South Kingstown Police Department, and 5.) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance originating out of the South Kingstown Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 52 Mockingbird Drive in Exeter on a warrant check. The subject was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Woman's Intake where she was held as a bail violator.
