On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 1:00PM, Troopers arrested James Fwamba, age 33, of 26 Richard Street, Apt. 2, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Driving after Denial, Suspension, or Revocation of License Certain Offenses (Chemical Test Refusal). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue, in the City of Cranston. Fwamba was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Third Division District Court.
