At 3:21 AM, Troopers arrested Evianely Geraldino Ignacio, age 26, of 41 Salmon Street, Apartment 301, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquors and/or Drugs—BAC Unknown—First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test—First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 East in the City of Providence. Ignacio was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and released to a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
