On Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 10:55 p.m., Troopers arrested Victoria J. Rogers, age 25, of 827 Admiral Street, Apartment 2A, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of Schedule I – V Controlled Substance 10 Grams (Crack Cocaine); and a 2.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on a Technical Violation on the original charge of Manufacturing/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a pedestrian stop on Broad Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending morning arraignment, where he will be presented as a bail violator.
On Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 4:38 a.m., Troopers arrested Diogo Neves-Cruz, age 23, of 128 Broad Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense (Blood Results Pending). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he was treated and later released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
