At 9:06 PM, Trooper arrested John Parris, age 54, of 74 Circuit Drive, Narragansett, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future 4th Division District Court Date.
