At 11:40 PM, Troopers arrested Johnnie Bussey age 41, of 250 Montgomery Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V– Under 10 Grams, 2.) Driving without a License – 4th and Subsequent, and 3.) Third District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference w/ surety on the original charge of Driving with an Expired License, originating out of the Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thackery Street in the City of Providence. Bussey was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future 6th Division District Court date.
At 11:48 PM, Troopers arrested Jennifer Esquilin age 39, of 63 Failes Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC unknown – 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Clay Street in the City of Pawtucket. Esquilin was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future 6th Division District Court date.
