At 3:30 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Capracotta Jr., age 23, of 75 Harris Avenue Floor 2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance- Schedule I-V- 10 Grams or Less (Fentanyl) and 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Harris Avenue in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a probation violator, and later turned over to the ACI- Men's Intake Center pending morning arraignment.
