At 3:56 PM, Troopers arrested Segundo Quizpi, age 38, of 874 Pleasant Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, for a Second Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review of Pre-Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Expired License or Without License – 1st Offense, originating out of the Little Compton Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Quizpi was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Second Division District Court date.
At 12:00 AM, Troopers arrested Fabian D. Furtado Mazuelos, age 18, of 100 Burns Street, Apartment 2A, Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue, in the City of Providence. Mazuelos was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
