On Monday, March 16, 2026, at 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested John Shea, age 38, of 7 Pebble Circle, Bellingham, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor –– First Offense- BAC Unknown. 2.) Possession of schedule I to V Controlled Substance 10 Grams or less. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court Date.
