At 2:16 PM, Troopers arrested Ashleigh White, age 32, of 25 Laundry Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island on a 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street in the City of Woonsocket. White was transported to the Rhode Island State Police Scituate Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 5:22 PM, Troopers arrested Tiffany Starnes, age 27, of 89 Duchess Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC 0.15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: .161% and Phase II: .162%) and 2.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police Scituate Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
