At 1:58 AM, Troopers arrested Maria Mateo Ixcuna, age 28, of 15 Mosher Street, Apt. 2, New Bedford, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: .150% BrAC, Phase II: .147% BrAC) and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Warwick. Mateo Ixcuna was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a pending Third Division District Court appearance.
