At 5:37 PM, Troopers arrested Robert Heroux, age 38, of 44 Newland Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for a Sixth District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manville Road in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
At 8:54 PM, Troopers arrested Julio Santos, age 37, of 333 Pond Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense; and 3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Woonsocket Police Department for Domestic – Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Social Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
