At 12:00 PM, Troopers arrested Luke Anastas, age 33, of 311 Elm Street, Woonsocket, RI for Possession of a Controlled Substance 10 Grams or Less (Crack Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on River Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a probation violator, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute - Men's Intake Center pending morning arraignment.
