On Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 8:00 PM, Troopers arrested Miguel Rose, age 24, of 42 Pumgansett Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Simple Assault and/or Battery, 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, and 3.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and the subject being located by the Providence Police Department. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, held overnight pending a morning arraignment at Third District Court where he was presented as a violator.
On Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10:44 PM, Troopers arrested Domenique D. Mattoon, age 33, of 167 Ten Rod Road, Apartment B, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct-Domestic originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Women's Intake Center.
