At 1:20 PM, Troopers arrested Carmine Giarrusso III, age 63, of 64 Mill Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, for Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of No Contact Order – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Troopers, and Giarrusso III turning himself in to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for afternoon arraignment.
At 9:40 PM, Troopers arrested Myleke Stokes, age 19, of 14 Fayston Street, Boston, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Providence Police Department for Domestic Strangulation. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Stokes was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 11:25 PM, Troopers arrested Angel Arias, age 48, of 329 Smith Street, Floor 1, Cranston, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Cranston Police Department for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smith Street in the City of Cranston. Arias was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
At 2:25 AM, Troopers, arrested Esdras Miranda, age 44, of 68 Bullocks Point Avenue, Apt. 2, Riverside, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Miranda was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and issued a future Sixth Division District Court date.
