On Thursday, March 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM Troopers arrested Joseph Maggs age 51, of 1044 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct - First Offense 2.) Domestic Violence – Simple Assault – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 550 Victory Highway, Exeter, Rhode Island for a domestic call at the residence. Mr. Maggs was transported to the State Police- Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and issued a future Third Division District Court date.
On Thursday, March 27, 2026, at 11:07 PM, Troopers arrested Ryan Mackinnon, age 37, of 76 Scenic Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Oak Dell Circle in the town of East Greenwich. Subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
