At 3:14AM, Troopers arrested Carlos Francisco Medina, age 54, of 108 Yorkshire Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Twin River Road, in the Town of Lincoln. Medina was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Marlon Maloney, age 33, of 175 4th Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition, on the original charge of Possession With Intent Manufacture, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department, and 2.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition on the original charge of Second-Degree Robbery, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Providence. Maloney was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Ismael Quinones, age 27, of 55 Grace Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Arraignment Conference, on an original charge of Possession of Stolen Vehicle, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Providence. Quinones was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.
