At 1:42 a.m., Trooper arrested Adam Martins, age 31, of 56 Bryant Street, Berkley, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
