At 3:49 PM, Troopers arrested Juan Tavera, age 27, of 184 Peace Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
